Great acess to lovely indoor and outdoor pools. Rooms cleaned every day. Mattress was super comfortable. Short walk to beach and public transport to Palma and Airport outside the door. Price was very reasonable, we had to change plans last minute so this was ideal without over spending with money lost from original trip planned. Shower and water pressure was good. Big variety off food for breakfast. Able to find something. Close to many bars and restaurants but not in the party zone which you could walk to also. Towels werr changed every day and beds made everyday, daily cleaning. Staff were efficient and friendly. Enjoyed using the pool in the morning and beach in the afternoon.

Our stay here was wonderful, confortable beds, we had access to all the facilities the hotel offered, the breakfast was very good, a good mix of healthy food like vegetables and fruits. The hotel was close to the beach and we had nice restaurants around. Bus station close and you can go to Palma. I loved the lush vegetation the hotel has, pleasant walk to terra, with trees around. Pools clean.Very nice. You can have air conditioner and hair dryer if you leave a deposit, i loved they had that feature. Every staff is friendly and say hi.

At the reception I was served by Joachim.He was very professional,nice.The check in went very smoothly.I had room in Houm Nets/2 star/comfortable,clean,better than I expected.Breakfast and dinner enjoyble! A lot of choices,meat,fish,vegetebles,desserts.Different couisines of the world.Food presentation very good ,prepared delicious,tasteful.Mary always invited us with smile.at the restaurant.Big thank you for all of you !

Location is in the middle of Playa de Palma, close to the beach, in the peaceful and silent area (at least building we were). Breakfast tasteful, in abundance and variety of food Clean. Value for money.
